Awards Achieved Honoree, World Affairs Council of Northern California
The World Affairs Council is the premier international affairs organization on the West Coast of the United States. WAC president Jane Wales and Nobel Peace Prize Winner Mohammed Yunus presented the award in November, 2008.
Recipient, Social Venture Network Innovation Award
The Social Venture Network is America’s leading network of socially responsible entrepreneurs, investors and nonprofit leaders. Actor Ed Begley, Jr., presented the award in October, 2008.
